Why This Woman Drops Everything to See The 7 Wonders of The World in Just 13 Days
Most people dream of travelling the world, but not everybody gets the chance to do it.
Picture this: in one month you fall while climbing in Yosemite National Park, shortly after, you are taking a casual jaunt on your Vespa when you are hit by a car, and finally, the real kicker, you are diagnosed with skin cancer. Sounds like a slew of some really bad luck, right?
Well for Megan Sullivan, these weren’t signs to go and hide under a rock, but instead these scary incidents empowered her to pursue a lifelong dream. She took the magical trip to see the Seven Wonders of the World in 13 days with a man she had only been dating two weeks.
Megan and her partner visited Christ the Redeemer in Brazil, Chichen Itza in Mexico, The Lost City of Petra in Jordan, Machu Picchu in Peru, the Colosseum in Italy, the Taj Mahal in India and the Great Wall in China.
They slept on planes for the most part, only spending about two days in each place. But if Megan's photos and time-lapse video of her trip indicate anything, the constant traveling was well worth it.
Life is too short not to do what you want, it's better to seized the day aggressively. We are proud of Megan Sullivan for making a bold move, having an amazing time, and bringing us all her gorgeous photos.
It makes us want to drop everything and see the world!
