OH. EM. GEE. One Direction shocked fans who thought they were casually grabbing a bite to eat at a diner and screening the 1D: Up All Night concert DVD. 

Turns out they received an impromptu private concert from the band, who who busted into "What Makes You Beautiful."

Justin Bieber is rarely in the news for anything benevolent these days but he did gift some fans with brand spankin' new iPhones, and in their favorite colors, too.

6.Bruno Mars

How's this for a super sweet gesture: Bruno Mars stopped his concert in Cleveland, Ohio, to sing his hit "Just the Way You Are" to 11-year-old car crash survivor Zumyah Thorpe, who listened to his music in the hospital while recovering from the horrific accident. 

When she came out of her coma, hospital workers and family were amazed when she could sing all of the words to the track.

5.Chris Pratt

Oh, Chris Pratt, how we love thee. The actor visited a young Lego Movie fan in the hospital and even brought him movie memorabilia. The boy is a patient suffering from mitochondrial disorder.

Chris once said, "If it was a big enough movie, to where it would mean something to a kid who’s sick in the hospital for Peter Quill (his Guardians of the Galaxy character) or Star-Lord to come visit them, I’ll do that. I think that’s awesome, man. That would give me real meaning for this movie."

4.Ellen DeGeneres

Ellen DeGeneres lives to give and in 2013 she gave back to a Philadelphia-based fan in a major way.

After receiving a heartfelt letter from a children's hospital worker who was barely making ends meet, the talk show host's team presented her with a check for $10,000 and flew the family out to Los Angeles to meet Ellen herself.

3.Mila Kunis

Mila Kunis is one cool chick. The actress accepted an invite from mega fan Sgt. Scott Moore to be his date to the Marine Corps. Ball in 2011. 

The Marine posted a YouTube video asking Mila and the clip went viral quickly. "It was a blast, it was a great time," he later told Good Morning America. "So, yes, it exceeded my expectations."

2.Lady Gaga

Much like Taylor, Lady Gaga is another star who is notorious for thanking her fans, and she has been known to treat her Little Monsters to some munchies while they're waiting in line for her outside of her appearances. Hey, a fan gets hungry waiting outside for hours, if not days! 

In New York she offered up pizzas to the followers who were waiting outside to catch a glimpse of Mama Monster ahead of her Saturday Night Live appearance.

1.Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift fan Rebekah Bortnicker got the surprise of her life when a FedEx box arrived at her doorstep with tokens of her fave singer's appreciation, including a wallet with a check for $1989 to put toward her student loans. 

Rebekah came to Taylor's attention after she set photos of the country crooner with her famous pals to the tune of the Friends theme song.
