A brioche stuffed with a Full English has beaten other creative breakfasts to triumph at Best Breakfast Awards 2015.

Bunnychow won the Most Innovative Breakfast award

As part of National Breakfast Week (yes, it’s a thing, don’t question it), London restaurant Bunnychow won the Most Innovative Breakfast award with the £4 Full English Breakfast Bunny.

The breakfast consists of bacon, tomatoes, sausage, mushrooms, spicy beans and black pudding made to a special in-house recipe, and a fried egg.

Bunnychow’s dish was a standout winner

TV Chef and judge Phil Vickery said: “From the hundreds of entries we received Bunnychow’s dish was a standout winner.

"It’s great to have a hot breakfast that you can eat without a knife and fork!”

Forget breakfast, we’d eat this for every single meal.

The Breakfast Awards are part of a National Breakfast Week which runs until 31 January, organised on behalf of British cereal farmers and producers to celebrate the importance of breakfast.

And if you’re quick, you can take advantage of the National Breakfast Week 2-for-1 offer.

Tavern has taken home the Best Hot Breakfast Award for the second year

As for the other winners at the best breakfast award 2015, the Tavern Company, based in Liverpool, has taken home the Best Hot Breakfast Award for the second year running with their traditional Full English.

Oliver's Coffee Bar, based in Belfast, won the Best Cold Breakfast with their range of homemade Breakfast Scones.
